Running Coach and Training

Prior to getting coaching from Aaron I was doing the same runs week after week, whatever I felt would help me improve. I was making some progress and getting faster and thought I was on the right track. Then I started working with Aaron, and he made my previous progress look like nothing. In about 6 weeks I knocked 3 mins of my half marathon PB. Aaron gave me a personalised running plan that fit in with my commitments and was always there to answer my questions and change my plan if I couldn't do a certain run. 

Having a plan laid out for you made it exciting to do a run, I always looked forward to see what run I had scheduled. 

 

Thanks too Aaron, I'm probably 1 year ahead in my running than if I were to keep training by myself.

What Happens Next?

One you purchase a running plan, you'll get an email with a form to fill out with some running details. Then Aaron will contact you to schedule a consult.

On the consultation call we will go over your situation and goals and get all the information we need to create your personalised plan.

From here we will create your personalised plan. Once it's done, we will send it over to you and you can start training!
