Group Training
Group training is great for people that like training in a group. These sessions bring runners of all levels together to train, learn, and push each other toward their goals. With expert guidance from Aaron and the support of a like-minded community, you’ll stay motivated, build confidence, and enhance your running while having fun.
What
Group training sessions are twice a week. Enjoy training in a group with fellow runners. The sessions involves a warm up, running drills, time based sessions and a cool down. This is the perfect way to socialise and get in some fun training while still helping you reach your running goals. If you'd like to come along, message us on Facebook to book your spot.
When
Group sessions will be in the afternoon. Days may differ week to week so make sure to check our Facebook page for the times. Numbers are limited so make sure to message us to save your spot.
Where
Group sessions will alternate between Ulverstone and Penguin, Tasmania. Check our Facebook page each week for the location and time.
