Do I Have to be Based in Northwest Tasmania?
No, all our training plans are online. You'll receive a digital copy of your plan so you can train wherever you like! Some of our plans also have the option for in person training if you are based in Northwest Tasmania.
What Happens If I Get Injured?
Your training plan is designed in a way to prevent injury, but sometimes niggles and injuries to happen. In this case, your training be modified to accommodate your injury, whether that be reduced km, cross training etc.
What Happens After I Purchase a Training Plan?
You'll receive an email with a form to fill out with your running goals, current times etc. Then we will schedule a consult to get all the details needed to create your personalised running plan. From there we will create your running plan and send it over to you so you can start training.
What If I Want to Cancel My Plan?
There are no lock in contracts so you can cancel your plan at anytime.
